As I was recently trying to teach my toddler healthy habits at home I realized, why not try one of my old teaching tools!? So I created a morning and Night toothbrush sticker chart to hang in her bathroom.
Healthy Habits To Start The Day Positively
Every morning my daughter looks forward to putting a sticker on the "Sugar bug" or "Plaque bug" as we call it and checking off her box. If you are trying to find ways to get your child to brush their teeth, or just trying to get in the habit of doing anything, try using sticker charts! I know it might not work for every kid, but it's always worth a shot and staying CONSISTENT with it. That is the Key. Staying consistent with your new habit for at least a week. I promise if you stay consistent your child will be telling you to brush your teeth every morning. My daughter is now the toothbrush police in our house.
How To Use the Sticker Chart
Just tape it to the wall. Pick out some favorite stickers to cover the little plaque monsters and brush away!
